The Days in Michigan

      Friday April 6 2012, we got up in the morning to get ready for our trip that my mother (Jacqueline Jordan) plan. for our big day. our bags were packed and everything. we got dressed, got the laptop and our clothes and our hygiene products ready for the road. Uncle tony went upstairs to wish us good luck, and that we be careful for the road.

      We got in the car with our baggage, and went on our way. My mother said that we was going to stop at Indiana and get some breakfast. 

      I said "Are we going to be on time?"

      Mom said "Yeah Jackie!" Mom calls people and tells them that we're on our way to the freeway. we got on the freeway and here we are. We were diving for two hour. I'm sitting back here listening to the radio, and I'm listening to some kind of news. they said the weather was going to be nice today.

      I said "really?" so were sitting back and listening to some radio, and all of a sudden we got hungry. So we figure we go stop and get something to eat. We stop at a resting place. Mom thought it was a restaurant, but I told her it was the resting area. we goes in and it. first thing we saw was a playground and a lighthouse. and a build surrounded with all the beautiful flowers. We gets out the car and walk in the door and It wasn't what we were looking for. Therefore we left, got right back into the car, and kept driving. We finally got to Michigan, but drove to a restaurant first. we goes inside, find our seats, and order some breakfast. We ate all our food and be on our Way.
      We're now on our way to Stacy's House Mom called Stacy and said we're on our way. First we went to the store and grabbed some sodas and some beer. then we went to Stacy' House. Stacy was at the door waiting for us. We got out the car with our bags. Stacy son Nicholas come outside to help us with them. We came in the house. Mom mentions Stacy's birthday presents.
      Stacy said "You guys being here is good enough. Mom and I dropped our things Nicholas goes back to playing a video game. Mom and Stacy get to talking. Then Payton come downstairs. 
      Mom turns to Payton and said "Hi sweetie." She gives Payton a hug. Mom and stacy continued Talking and Shareia Came in. Me and Mom greets her and we all sat down and talk. Next thing you know Mom and Shereia went out to get something to eat. 30 minutes later, Mom and Shereia came back with the food and we stared eating then we watch TV, and go to bed.

 
      Saturday Morning we got up, Mom and Stacy. As we got dressed, we thought about going shopping. We goes to a mall the first place we go to is Sears. We went in through the Sears store and we walk through the hallways. all I brought was glasses, because I like to wear glasses.Mom bought a couple of things. we got back to the house Shareia was getting Payton ready her birthday party me and mom was siting here chilling, then right after shareia and Payton leaves we took a nap. we woke up everybody was coming over Timothy (Nicolas's Father), Payton's Father and we all started talking and joking and playing my mothers upstairs getting ready. while she was getting ready, everybody started to debated about whether they are going to the party or not. The Party is Daniels Party where she's going to school to be a Detective. I did'n t want to go because it was so late. Mom want downstairs, and everybody in the kitchen was still debating on who's going to the party. 
      mom was like "I want to do a reality video's of yall." everybody was sitting there laughing. Everybody left, I sit in the Living room and watch TV while Nicolas plays video games. and I went to bed. 1:00am mom woke me up to let me know I was home, and she went to go to bed. 
      I asked mom "how was work?"
      "It was great you would've went!" My mother answered. "It was't a Club, that we just had a sit down dinner at the party in the city of Detroit." We all went to bed. 
      Ester Morning we got up and my mother started filming. everybody's getting ready for the Bar-B-Que, and talking. we all went to the store to get some food and stuff, all the kids went outside, some of the guest play video game. later today, there was this incident about the fight in the park. I wasn't there so I can't tell you what happen. all I know is there was a fight and the 14 year old girl tried to break up the fight, and the parent didn't get involved. On Easter evening we all have a big huge conversation about children, family, and all this personal stuff. that was the end of that.
    Monday morning was the end of the journey of my mother and I. it was time to pack up,say good bye to each other and had on home!!!!

Going to the Shed Aquarium

’m standing in the mirror trying to find a shirt to wear. On my bed, I have a couple of shirts lying around. As I up the shirts somebody called my name,

“Jackie!” I look up and it was Margret.

     “Hi Jackie.” She said. I said

    “Hey Margret. You’re a little early!” She explained to me that she woke up at 4:30 am and left at 6:30. However the plan was to get to the aquarium at 9:00am.       

      So she walked in looking around and said “Was your room always like this?”

      I told her “I tried to keep my room clean.

     Margret gave me the look and said “Really?” I finally put on my shirt that I picked out, grab two of my other shirts, and put them in my drawer. Margret and I went downstairs and see Jessie and her son Peppy. I smile and waved at her son and gave Jessie a hug.

      “You’re coming with us?” I asked.

       Jessie said “Yes.”

       I said “I figure that. Then add the fact that my cousin is bringing her two friends over. I walked in the living room towards the windows. Margret is getting her digital camera ready. I walked back to the dining room. On my way to the kitchen I asked Margret and Jessie if they want anything to drink. They both said they’re ok.

      My cell phone started ringing, and I answer it. It was my cousin. She informed me that she was on her way, and she’ll be there in 30 minutes. We all would sit around the dining room table and talk, then 30 minutes later, my cousins pulls up in her car. I went to look out the window and saw her and her two best friends walk towards the door. I went to the door opened it to let them in. It was my cousin Claudia and her two friends Kari and Nicole. I greet them, and introduced them to my friends Margret, Jessie and her son Peppy. We all gather around, got everything planed and ready, and we took off.

      I went to ride with Jessie, Peppy, and Margret. Claudia went to ride with Kari and Nicole. We drove on the High way for an hour to get off this slow traffic. When we finally made it to the highway and parked our cars, we walk to the building. As soon as we went there, it was a long line that goes all around the whole yard where the trees are, up the stairs to the main entrance.

      “Man.” I said. “We got to wait a long time to get in the building.” So we went in line and waited. Moments later we were half way to the entrance. Then my friend Margret got hungry and went to the hot dog stand next to the grass hill and but a hot dog for $2.50. Few minutes later I just went to get some chips for 50 cents. I wasn’t that hungry. While my friends Margret and Jessie and two other friends Nicole and Kari is taking pictures and playing around, me and my cousin was standing around talking. We waited so long to get there we all got bored, our feet hurts, and Margret is leaning over me making goofy faces at me. Now the line started moving for 20 minutes, then we get inside the door. Once we got inside, I pull out a library pass that I purchase. I turned around and told everybody that I’m going to pay for everybody that I’m going to for everything.

      Everyone’s like “Ok.” I went up to the cash register, showed the library passes, and the lady informed me that the pass is for the main floor, and if we want to go see the whales and Dolphins, the wrist bands are 18 dollars. I pay $18 each for everybody, and we all have passes. We went through the door and the Photograph persuades us to take pictures. So we took pictures together, and we went to see the fishes. After 20 minutes of watching the fishes and taking pictures and everything, we went to go see the dolphins and whales for a while. The one Dolphin that amazes me was the way he grabs my attention. My face was glued to the glass when I fell in love. My eyes are filled with hearts when that Dolphin looked into my eyes with happiness. I looked at Margret, and I notice her looking at me.     

         She said “I think he likes you.”

         I said “I see that.” I wave good bye to the dolphin and kept going.

        Claudia yelled “Hey, look at the big one!” I walked over and saw a big huge whale. It Weighs in 1000 lbs. I wanted to take a picture of it, but it was too big to fit in my cell phone.

      “I got it!” Said Margret

      I walk over there and I said “Are you serious!!”

     Margret said “look!” I looked at the digital camera. It looks like she got the whale fitted inside the frame.

      I gave her a big slap on her back and said “Girl! You are a genius. Put that on face book. 

      Margret walk over to everyone and said “HeyYa’ll, look!” Everybody glazed over her camera and was impressed.

      30 minutes later we left the aquarium and everybody ask me what we are going to do. Because of the fact that I’ve been down town so much that I know how to go places.

      I told them “I was going to go to the Millennium Park if everybody doesn’t mind.” It was 60 degrees outside, and we started walking through the park. An hour later we went to the park, walked around for a while and sat at a table to talk. We talked about Halloween and the family, and all the important things in our lives. Then we always make up stories about thing that didn’t even happen. While we were there, we went and play around a giant silver Bean, and took pictures like we’re standing in front the mirror. After we left the millennium Park, we walked straight to Mc Donald’s on Randolph Street. We left Mc. D’s 36 minutes later and drove home. First Claudia and her two friends Kari and Nicole went with us at the house for 5 minutes before mom came home with a friend.

      “Hi Girls!” said my mother

      “Hey!” we all said. A friend of hers was named Donna. After my mom and her friend Donna went downstairs to shoot pool, we all said our good byes. Claudia, Kari, and Nicole went to drive back to Green bay Wisconsin, and my friends Jessie, her son Peppy and Margret went home. And I went upstairs in my room.

      I said to myself “Man, What a day!”
